Just an open question at the moment? If you're an insomniac what do you do when you can't sleep?
1) just lie there awake?
2) play mind games
3) get up and play games
4) watch tv
5) listen to the radio?
What helps you get back to sleep?
What never works?
I wrote an insomnia/insomniac page (and a book) about insomnia a few years ago and am now looking at updating it (insomnia and the insomniac) by finding out what people do?
If sleepwalking, nightmares are your problem, I'm also interested here.
